About Velnix

Velnix is an Indian brand offering ergonomic pillows, cushions and body support products, delivered across the country.

Our products

We photograph and describe our products as faithfully as we can. Colour and finish may vary slightly between screens, and dimensions are indicative. Minor variation is normal in soft goods.

A note on health claims

Velnix products are comfort and wellness products. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition.

If you live with a medical condition, are recovering from injury, or experience persistent pain, please consult a qualified doctor before use. Nothing on this website constitutes medical advice.

Pricing & payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may revise prices at any time; changes never affect orders already confirmed.

We accept UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery. Orders paid online receive a 10% discount, applied automatically at checkout. Cash on Delivery orders are charged the full listed price.

Orders

An order placed on our store is an offer to purchase. We may decline or cancel it where a product is out of stock, where a pricing or listing error has occurred, where we suspect fraud, or where the delivery address is not serviceable. If we cancel a prepaid order, you are refunded in full.

Your details

Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are accurate. We cannot accept liability for deliveries that fail because of incorrect information.

Returns and replacements

Velnix products are hygiene items used directly against the body and cannot be returned or exchanged once the packaging has been opened.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items are replaced free of charge when reported within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. Please see our Return and Refund Policy for full details.

Intellectual property

All text, imagery, logos and product photography on this website are the property of Velnix and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Velnix is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product concerned.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Nagpur, Maharashtra.

Changes

We may revise these terms from time to time. Continued use of the store constitutes acceptance of the current version.
